Shop Policy

All orders are processed and dispatched from Liverpool, UK via Royal Mail, and Hermes.

Shipping is FREE.

Orders are processed between 1-3 days from purchase date. A shipping confirmation will be sent via email once order has been shipped. We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays in the UK.

Time frame indicated on shipping is from dispatch day, an estimate and WORKING DAYS only.

We only offer tracked shipping method for international orders. Additional customs and duty fee may be charged on delivery, these are not included on our product prices and therefore the customer's responsibility.

We strongly suggest tracked shipping method. In case of lost or unsuccessful order delivery due to choice of untracked shipping method will be at customer's own risk.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure correct information such as name and shipping address is entered. In case incorrect details were provided and the order has already been shipped, it will be the customer's liability.

Pinay Glow will not be held responsible for lost or undelivered order due to incorrect detail/s provided by customer.

For countries not available on checkout, please send us a message and we will try to arrange shipping to your location.

Please be advised that due to safety measures because of COVID 19, delays are unfortunately unavoidable.


Estimated date of arrival is only an estimate and delay may occur.


Returns & Exchange 

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

We do not accept return, exchange and/or refund due to the nature of our products.

We make sure that we pack orders well to prevent damage during shipping. But in case you have received a damaged product, please contact us. Damaged item/s needs to be posted back to us, we can only send replacement once we received the returned item/s.
